SHIPPING POLICY

Please be advised that all US products take 2-5 business days to ship and all overseas products take 5-10 business days to ship excluding holidays and weekends. Please make sure to read all product descriptions to see whether your product is being shipped from the US or overseas for accurate shipping times. Before proceeding to checkout make sure that you input the correct shipping address. If you make a mistake you have 24 hours to contact us via email with the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. Please contact the service provider who is shipping your items once the tracking number is provided if you have any issues with shipping.

Return ,Exchange and Refund Policy

Diamond Rose Boutique will not process any refunds.

Diamond Rose Boutique will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Diamond Rose Boutique 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Diamond Rose Boutique will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Order Cancellation Policy


An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. 

If you no longer want your items and it has been more than 24 hours after you have ordered please wait until you received your items and follow our return policy.
